Having a ‘real’ job has finally
made me think very seriously about art as a career.
I mean, I was already ‘thinking’ about it, but now that I know what a ‘normal’ job is like it’s scared the shit out of me and I think I’m gonna be doing a lot more art.
I am talented and that is a gift that I am SQUANDERING.
*claps because you are awesome*
I have a few commissions lined up now, but I won’t get to work on any of them until tonight. We’re moving house in less than a month so things are gonna be real busy with packing and house hunting and stuff, so thank you for bearing with me while life tries to sweep me up in its chaotic arms again.
Hello again! That’s okay, I should probably reblog the post again so no one has to go rooting around for it. ^^;
Just send me an email to email@example.com with the subject “commission” and the details of what you want me to draw. :)
Black Star aside, Soul Eater is a lot of fun. Excalibur especially makes it worth the re-watch.
Drawing with a tablet has always been difficult for me cuz i can never see the entire drawing as I’m working on it. I have to get in real close and things get wonky. It’s not like a piece of paper where I can focus on a point and still see the whole picture. It’s not like I can get super close to my computer screen, so a Cintiq would be the next best thing.
